What are the Impact & Excellence Awards?
The awards recognise individuals and organisations making a meaningful contribution through excellence, innovation, and positive impact.
How do I submit a nomination?
Visit the Nominate page, choose the relevant event and category, and submit the nominee details requested in the form.
What happens after a nomination is submitted?
The organisers review nominations. Approved nominees are published on the website and can be viewed on the Nominees page.
How does voting work?
When voting is open, choose a nominee and category, select a vote package or enter an amount, and complete payment using M-Pesa. Votes are added after the payment is confirmed.
How much does each vote cost?
The price per vote is set for each event and is shown on the vote checkout page before you pay.
When can I vote?
Voting is available during the dates set for each event. Check the event or Nominees page for the current voting status and schedule.
Technical & Support
My M-Pesa prompt did not appear. What should I do?
Check that the phone number entered at checkout is correct. You can refresh the payment status page to see whether M-Pesa has confirmed the request.
Why have my votes not appeared yet?
Votes are counted only after the payment is confirmed. Refresh the payment status page; if the payment remains pending, contact the support team with your payment details.
